About Dr. Hopper

Dr. Austin Hopper is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Radiation Oncology.  He is an active member of multiple Disease Teams including Head/Neck, Lung and Genitourinary (GU) Cancers. His clinic is within the McGrath Outpatient Pavilion in Hillcrest.

He is committed to providing his patients with cutting-edge radiation therapy approaches including stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for patients with oligometastatic disease.  In addition, he has launched a high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy in patients with prostate cancer, the only HDR prostate brachytherapy in the greater San Diego region.
