About Dr. Chou
Dr. Brian Chou is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Radiation Oncology and serves as the RMAS Pediatric Cancer Section Chief. He is also the Co-Director of the Rady Children’s Hospital Pediatric Proton Clinical Program, working closely with Rady Medical Oncologists and Surgeons.
Primarily based at the California Proton Therapy Center where he sees both children and adults, he often has clinics in our various other centers including Encinitas and Hillcrest. He is a member of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Consortium (PNOC) and the Society of Neuro-Oncology (SNO).
Dr. Chou has authored and co-authored several research publications focused on proton craniospinal irradiation and the application of protons in stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT).
