About Dr. White

Dr. Evan White is an Associate Professor and practices at our South Bay and El Centro Treatment Centers. He is a member of multiple Department Disease Teams including GI Cancers, Lymphoma/Leukemia and Head/Neck Cancers.

He has diverse and extensive clinical experience in the treatment of multiple disease sites, and is adept at managing complex multidisciplinary cancer care and utilizing cutting edge technologies including stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT). In addition, he has considerable experience using electronic brachytherapy in the management of skin cancers.

Dr. White is involved in multiple Department and University Committees, including the New Technologies Committee, the New Center Committee and the UC San Diego School of Medicine Recruitment and Admissions Committee (RAC). A dedicated educator, he jointly oversees the Radiation Toxicity Management Course for the Radiation Oncology Residents and is a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Instructor and Oncology Case Discussion Lecturer in the School of Medical.
