The UCSD Moores Cancer Center Patient and Family Education Center offers patients and their families a comfortable, caring atmosphere to learn more about various cancers and their treatments. Located on the 1st floor of the Cancer Center, the Education Center offers patients and their families access to books, pamphlets, brochures, video and internet services free of charge. The center is staffed by helpful volunteers who are either survivors of cancer or have been affected by cancer in a loved one or friend.
