The UCSD Department of Radiation Oncology strives to make scheduling an appointment as convenient as possible.  Whether you are a patient making your own referral or a physician requesting a consultation, you can start the scheduling process below.

Please call 858-822-6040 during Departmental Business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except Holidays). A Patient Service Representative will assist you in setting up an appointment.

Please complete the Patient Self-Referral Form. Within 24 hours of receipt*, a Patient Service Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment and obtain other necessary registration information.
